Facturapp, an automated invoicing app

Facturapp is a desktop app (built with SvelteKit and packaged with Tauri, adaptable to different window sizes) to manage your invoices and your business quickly and in an organized way. It’s built for freelancers and small businesses looking for a simple yet complete app, with full control over their finances.

Settings

Set up, update or remove all your company data. It’s shown automatically on your invoices. Fields like phone, email or website become interactive links when you generate the invoice as a PDF.

• Your company logo, shown on the header of every invoice.
• The trade name your clients will recognize you by.
• Tax ID so your invoices meet legal requirements.
• Your company's registered address.
• The postal code of your registered address.
• Contact phone number, turned into an interactive link when the PDF is generated.
• Contact email, also linked automatically in the PDF.
• Your company website, likewise linked in the PDF.

Company management

Works similarly to your own company settings, but with the advantage of adding an unlimited number of companies you work with. You can add, update or remove them, and when generating an invoice, pick them from the invoicer so their data fills in automatically.

• For safety, a company with associated invoices can't be deleted.

Invoice list

View all your invoices in a list. You can filter them by date, status, or through the search box, which lets you search by invoice number or company name. Dates are highlighted if there’s less than a month left before they’re due, or if they’re already overdue.

Invoicer

The invoicer lets you generate invoices with automatic calculations based on product quantity and price, taxes and discounts. You get a live preview of the result before printing or generating the PDF.

• Invoice status: quote, pending or paid
• Add products with quantity and price, calculated automatically
• Add tax (VAT or similar), calculated automatically

• The invoice number is generated automatically following the sequence and year, per legal standards
• If you delete an invoice, the next one reuses the deleted number to keep the sequence

Statistics

On the main page you’ll find a complete statistics system with your company’s billing history, detailed and precise, to help you better track and analyze your income.
