Gifs App, a gif search built with Angular

A web app built with Angular 17 to search gifs using the Giphy API. This project is used for learning and to showcase skills. Feel free to clone it.

Options and components:

The app has a gif search box. Each search generates a list of results and adds a new button to the menu to filter by that term later. Searches and the generated buttons are saved in localStorage so they persist.

• Card: shows a card with the gif and its info.
• Card list: renders the list of gif cards.
• Search box: handles search requests.
• Lazy image: reusable card component that shows the gif with loading logic.
• Sidebar: manages the menu generated from search terms.

Other details:

The gifs.interfaces.ts file defines the request types. The gifs.service.ts file holds all the core logic for the API requests.
