Simbeque, website for a jazz and Canarian folk band
Website for Simbeque Project, a band that pays tribute to the folk music of the Canary Islands through jazz and world music, in Spanish and English.
Simbeque Project is a band whose aim is to pay tribute to the folk music of the Canary Islands through jazz and world music. After a trilogy of albums, their latest release is also an educational volume: a book, explanatory videos and backing tracks for studying their arrangements.
I built the website in 2015 on WordPress, with PHP and MySQL, and with the content available in Spanish and English.
Sections:
- Proyecto Simbeque, introducing their albums.
- Educational work, with the teaching material.
- The band.
- Downloads.
- Contact.
